eConferenceManager offers an incredible number of easy to use features that help you save time and money. eConferenceManager is divided into different modules and you have full control which user has access to which modules.

  • Program Module
    • Instructors
      • Instructor information includes name, city, email address, website, text and photo
      • Add, edit or delete instructors whose information are automatically displayed on the website and in the program guide
      • Contact information for each instructor like city, email and website can be excluded from the website
    • Workshops
      • Workshop information includes category, title, description, fee, text for fee (e.g. 'Kit fee' or 'Fee includes CD', times (up to 6 per workshop), instructors (up to 10 per workshop), maximum number of participants, room and photo
      • Add, edit or delete workshops whose information are automatically displayed on the website and in the program guide
      • Registration for each workshop can be mandatory or on a First-Come, First-Served base
      • Workshops can be grouped into an unlimited number of user-defined categories
    • Keynotes
      • Keynote information includes title, description, times (up to 6 per keynote), presenter (up to 10 per keynote), maximum number of participants, room and photo
      • Add, edit or delete keynotes whose information are automatically displayed on the website and in the program guide
  • Registration Module
    • Setup your own registration form
    • Easy processing of payments (credit cards, cheques, cash ...)
    • Automatic email confirmation of registrations
    • Automatic email confirmation of payment and optional receipt in PDF form
    • Cancel or change registrations
    • Generate workshop lists with a mouse click
    • Generate export files for letters or name tags with a mouse click
  • Sponsor Module
    • Sponsor information includes name, city, website, text and logo
    • Add, edit or delete sponsors which are automatically displayed on the website and in the program guide
  • Merchant Module
    • Merchant information includes name, city, website, text and logo
    • Add, edit or delete merchants which are automatically displayed on the website and in the program guide
  • Administration Module
    • Maintain general information about the event (title, date, time, location, logo ...)
    • User administration (add, change or delete user accounts)
